When E&P goes monthly, will the price be the same?
We are not changing our prices since we will be offering so much more in both print and online. Print/Online Combination subscribers will receive 12 monthly issues of the newly expanded print edition plus online access to the redesigned web site - Editorandpublisher.com. Will the change affect my expiration date?
The expiration month of your current subscription will not change. For example, if your expire date was between February 1st to February 28th 2004, your print subscripton will expire with the February 2004 issue and your online subscription will expire February 28, 2004. BACK TO TOP

If I am a current print/online combination subscriber or online-only subscriber, how do I access the online content?
As a print/online combination subscriber you already have access to all of the information on EditorandPublisher.com you just have to activate. Click here and enter the subscriber id off of the mailing label of your magazine and your zip code. BACK TO TOP
How do I get a username and password?
If you are a current print & online combination subscriber all you have to do is activate your account and then you will choose your own user name and password. Click here to enter the subscriber id off of the mailing label of your magazine and your zip code. BACK TO TOP
What if I forget my username or password?
Go to the Forgot Password page, which is accessible on the Account Login page, or Click here and enter your user ID. You will then be prompted to enter the answer to your "hint question" that you chose at the time of sign up. We will email your username and password to you at the email address with which you first registered. If that doesn't work please email edpub@editorandpublisher.com
If you have forgotten both your user ID and password email edpub@editorandpublisher.com stating your first and last name, and customer service will assist you. BACK TO TOP
Can I share my username and password with other people at my company?
No. That would violate the terms of service that you agree to when subscribing, and thus be grounds for termination of your account. In addition, anyone who logs on to the E&P website using your id could change your username and password, preventing you from using your account. What changes can I expect in the print edition?
The monthly print edition of E&P will be expanded from its weekly form and will shift its focus from news to in-depth features, analysis of trends and controversies, profiles of leading figures and opinion. All of the longtime E&P staff writers-Dave Astor, Mark Fitzgerald, Lucia Moses, Jim Rosenberg, Joe Strupp and Carl Sullivan-will continue to write for the magazine every month. BACK TO TOP
Is there still free content online?
Yes, breaking news from E&P, the Associated Press and other partners will always be free in our Top Stories section. In addition, selected columns and department stories will be free for a few days before moving into our subscriber-only archive. However, the majority of E&P's proprietary news will now be restricted to subscribers only. Also free: industry calender, Newspeople (which includes job changes and promotions in the newspaper industry), and Photo of the Week. BACK TO TOP
How often is the content online updated?
The Web site will continue to be updated throughout the day and with fewer print issues, we'll provide more news every day. BACK TO TOP
Can I access all of the articles from the print edition, online?
Yes, if you're an E&P (paid) subscriber. Print articles will be restricted to subscribers only. We will no longer publish any print stories in the free section of our Web site. BACK TO TOP

What is QuikCap?
QuikCap is a free service provided by Editor & Publisher Directories. In selected articles you will see (Click for QuikCap) immediately following the name of a daily newspaper. Clicking on this link will retrieve a capsule profile of the newspaper from the E&P International Year Book Online, including address, telephone number, fax number, email address, web site address, publication plan, Monday-Friday circulation and key personnel in corporate management, editorial and advertising.
